Dye Sublimation Transfer Ink Advantage

1. The ink transfer rate of this type is high, the transfer rate of ordinary color inkjet paper is more than 80%, and the transfer rate of thermal transfer paper is more than 90%;

Instructions

1. Before replacing the ink, please use the nozzle cleaning solution provided by our company to rinse the printer pipeline, nozzle and ink sac several times to ensure that there is no previous residual ink, so as to avoid the incompatibility of different types of ink and the chemical reaction caused by the nozzle. blockage;

2. After the ink is injected into the ink cartridge or continuous ink supply system, please let it stand for 20 minutes to fully eliminate the bubbles;

3. After printing the test lines, set the printer's print format to "mirror", and print according to the photo mode settings;

4. Ordinary printing paper can be used. If high-quality images are obtained, we recommend using thermal transfer paper with special coating. In order to save transfer costs, most customers use inkjet paper;

5. Selection of temperature and time during thermal transfer: The thermal transfer temperature is generally controlled at 160-180°C, and the transfer time is controlled at 30-60 seconds, and is adjusted according to the size and thermal conductivity of your substrate. The temperature difference of the transfer equipment of different manufacturers is very large. It is recommended that you determine your optimal transfer temperature and transfer time through experiments;

6. The quality of the transfer has a lot to do with the coating on the substrate and the material of the fabric. If you cannot achieve the ideal transfer effect, it is recommended to find out the reasons for the coating and fabric;

7. If the printer will not be used for a long time, it is recommended to clean it with cleaning solution, and then install the cleaning agent cartridge on the printer; or turn it on once a week to avoid the nozzle or ink sac from drying out due to resin drying.

Kind Tips

Do not judge the quality of the image by the image printed on the paper, the quality of the image can only be judged after thermal transfer. For EPSON 230 model chooses "high quality photo inkjet paper" for better printing, and the Epson270, 290 model chooses "high quality glossy paper" for better printing effect.
